This 2-hour peer discussion group is designed for healthcare professionals who have completed the ACT on Purpose series and want to deepen their understanding and use of Focused Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). The session emphasizes practical, process-based tools, real-world application, and shared learning in a collaborative and supportive environment.The purpose is to create a safe, reflective space where peers can:<ul><li>Explore Focused ACT concepts in depth</li><li>Discuss real and hypothetical clinical scenarios</li><li>Practice brief, effective interventions</li><li>Share insights, challenges, and strategies</li><li>Support each other’s ongoing learning and growth</li></ul>

A collaborative, supportive space for healthcare professionals to deepen their understanding and practice of Focused ACT, drawing on the ACT on Purpose series. Emphasis is on practical application, reflection, and peer learning.
